Arshiya’s personalized workout plan based on my Vedic astrology chart was very validating for me. I’ve never been a hardcore workout or gym person and hence anytime I tried, I couldn’t sustain it even if I saw benefits and enjoyed it for a little bit. I thought I was lazy and undisciplined and I needed to be tougher, which goes against my nature. I don’t like to “do” exercise, I like it to “happen” while doing things I feel connected to. This plan describes my nature to a T and explains clearly why I have always been naturally drawn to things like Yoga and walking/hiking more as a body movement option, in addition to dance and swimming though not as often. And I’m not at a loss for it!
